    I got the e-book version so I could access it anywhere. Eating a healthy diet and exercising is not just a concern for adults but for children and teenagers as well. Expanded in size as well as content, the Seventh Edition of Nutrition for Foodservice and Culinary Professionals continues to fulfill its reputation as the essential reference to nutrition and foods for culinary students and professionals. A poor diet may have an injurious impact on health, causing deficiency diseases such as blindness, anemia, scurvy, preterm birth, stillbirth and cretinism; healththreatening conditions like obesity and metabolic syndrome; and such common chronic systemic diseases as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and osteoporosis. She is delighted with it, so I am rating it a five because she has managed to maintain an average grade of four-point, plus, so I value her critique of the book.
